Affirmations can be extremely helpful in cultivating a positive mental attitude towards life and creating a mindset of happiness. 

In this post I am sharing with you 5 powerful personal affirmations, from The Little Book of Affirmations {you can download your FREE copy here}.

Fell free to use them, print them, pin them or share them with your fiends and family. When used correctly, affirmations can work wonders combined with your termination to become a happier individual. 

Simply choose a positive affirmation the feels right to you, make a daily habit of repeating it with feeling and conviction and notice the difference in your life.

All of these affirmations are wonderful, Nichole. I especially love #1 - expanding in my comfort zone as an entrepreneur is something that I look forward to every day...small challenges, big challenges, it's all very exciting, and grow even more on a personal level when I stretch my comfort zone.
